I have a 20-year history in the hospitality industry but have always had a strong passion for fashion. I loved watching catwalks, advising my friends on matching colours and creating their own style. One day I quit everything and started my journey in fashion thinking…. It is never too late!

I opened a fashion boutique in 2012, with the aim of helping women to step out of their comfort zone. My “Real Women” concept took on a life force of its own, showcasing fashion in a realistic way for women of all ages and all sizes. The Anna Perra Fashion ‘Real Women Fashion Show’ became the ‘must attend’ event for women in Somerset.

All my models are customers and clients; a unique and rewarding concept which sees the transformation of many women following my style advice. In June 2016 our Real Women Models concept was awarded Finalist at the Mendip Retail Business of the Year.

I have created and delivered several Real Women catwalk shows and managed a whole range of related tasks; from organizing models fittings and identifying individual styles for each model, to catwalk sequences, compiling catwalk music, finding venues, creating graphics for promoting the events through to running social media campaigns. And over a four-year period, we raised £10k for different Charities.

My retail journey ended in August 2016, when I decided to close the Boutique and focus on the increasing demand I was receiving for personal styling.
